Immediate Hiring | Contract Position | 2–4 Months Commitment | 5–6 Days Work Week

 

A reputable and well-established healthcare retail company in Singapore is currently expanding its operations and is looking for motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join the team as Healthcare Promoters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, hospital, or pharmaceutical sales and are passionate about helping customers improve their health and well-being through quality healthcare products.

 

As a Healthcare Promoter, you will play an important role in providing professional customer service, recommending suitable health supplements and wellness products, and ensuring the retail outlet is well-organized and fully stocked. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive shopping experience for every customer. Candidates who perform well may also gain valuable experience in Singapore’s healthcare retail industry and enhance their customer service and sales skills.

 

Salary

 

Basic Salary: $1,700–$1,850/month

 

Stable monthly income

 

Contract Duration: 2–4 Months

 

 

Working Hours

 

Scheduled 5–6 working days per week

 

Rotational shifts based on outlet operating hours

 

Rest day according to roster assigned by the company

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Promote and recommend healthcare products, vitamins, supplements, and wellness products to customers.

 

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.

 

Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, and proper usage professionally.

 

Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

 

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

 

Replenish merchandise and rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

 

Perform stock counting, inventory checks, and assist in stock replenishment when required.

 

Monitor product availability and report low-stock items promptly.

 

Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and in-store events.

 

Record daily sales performance and provide regular updates and feedback to supervisors.

 

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

 

Support other retail and operational duties assigned by the management team when necessary.

 

 

Requirements

 

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, retail pharmacy, hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

 

Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin.

 

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-focused.

 

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Comfortable standing for extended periods during working hours.

 

Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
