Work Location
Positions are available across multiple gym locations throughout Singapore (Islandwide). Successful candidates will be assigned to a branch based on operational requirements and business needs. Applicants should be willing to work at any assigned location within Singapore.

Working Schedule
– 5–6 working days per week.
– Retail operating hours.
– Rotating shift schedule based on operational requirements.
– Candidates should be willing to work weekends and public holidays whenever scheduled.

Salary & Earnings
Basic Salary: Up to $2,200 per month
In addition to the basic salary, employees are entitled to an Uncapped Commission Scheme, allowing high-performing consultants to significantly increase their monthly income based on individual sales performance.
Estimated Monthly Earnings:
– $2,200 – $4,000/month
– High-performing consultants may earn well above the estimated range through outstanding sales performance.

Job Responsibilities
As a Membership Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective members and play an important role in helping customers begin their fitness journey.
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Generate new sales leads through company-approved marketing channels and networking activities.
– Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company’s fitness services.
– Conduct follow-up calls, messages, and appointments with prospective clients.
– Present gym facilities, services, and available membership packages in a professional manner.
– Understand each customer’s fitness goals and recommend the most suitable membership solution.
– Build long-term relationships with both prospective and existing members.
– Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
– Explain ongoing promotions, membership benefits, and available packages.
– Schedule club visits and facility tours for interested customers.
– Guide customers through the membership registration process.
– Ensure all membership documentation is completed accurately.
– Maintain regular communication with existing members to encourage membership renewals.
– Develop referral opportunities by building customer satisfaction and trust.
– Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly whenever possible.
– Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
– Prepare sales activity reports in accordance with company procedures.
– Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.
– Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
– Represent the company professionally and uphold the organization’s values and reputation at all times.
