About the Position

We are currently looking for dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our ecommerce warehouse team. This is a long-term position suitable for applicants who are looking for stable employment with attractive earnings and opportunities for overtime.

No previous warehouse experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided before work begins. Candidates who have experience in warehouse operations, logistics, packing, inventory control, retail, manufacturing, or general labour are encouraged to apply, but fresh applicants are also welcome.

Successful applicants will work in a modern ecommerce warehouse where products are processed accurately and efficiently before being delivered to customers throughout Singapore. You will become part of a professional operations team responsible for ensuring that customer orders are prepared correctly and dispatched on time.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, can follow instructions carefully, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Working Schedule

• 5 Days Per Week
• Roster Assigned by Supervisor
• Work Schedule: 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend
• Minimum Commitment of 6 Months
• Immediate Start Available

Shift Timing

Day Shift

• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1.5 Hours Break

Night Shift

• 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 1 Hour Break
• Additional $14 Night Shift Allowance

Applicants may be assigned to either day or night shift depending on operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Picker & Packer, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Picking customer orders accurately according to picking lists
• Packing products securely to ensure safe delivery
• Labelling cartons, parcels, and shipping packages
• Scanning products using handheld barcode scanners
• Checking item codes, quantities, and product quality
• Verifying orders before dispatch
• Sorting products according to delivery destinations
• Assisting with receiving incoming goods
• Organising products on warehouse shelves
• Replenishing stock when required
• Maintaining inventory accuracy
• Assisting with loading and unloading when necessary
• Performing stock counting and inventory checks
• Following warehouse safety procedures at all times
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting supervisors with general warehouse duties
• Working closely with team members to achieve daily targets
• Completing assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Performing other warehouse-related duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• No experience required
• Training will be provided
• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse tasks
• Able to carry out basic lifting duties where required
• Responsible and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good attendance and work commitment
• Able to follow work instructions carefully
• Willing to work according to roster schedule
• Warehouse experience is an added advantage but not compulsory
