Salary & Earnings

– Monthly Salary from $3,090 to $3,215

– Gross Monthly Salary up to $4,115, depending on Progressive Wage Model (PWM) grade and assigned position

Key Responsibilities

 

Depending on the assigned position and deployment location, daily responsibilities may include:

 

– Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas.

– Verify identification, visitor passes, and authorization documents.

– Conduct security screening for visitors, contractors, employees, and deliveries.

– Perform regular patrols of assigned premises.

– Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security alarms.

– Identify suspicious activities and report security concerns immediately.

– Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.

– Enforce company policies and security regulations.

– Prepare detailed incident reports and daily occurrence reports.

– Record visitor information accurately.

– Maintain accurate logbooks and operational documentation.

– Assist with crowd management during events or peak operating periods.

– Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

– Ensure the protection of personnel, visitors, company assets, and facilities.

– Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, customers, tenants, and members of the public.

– Carry out security duties in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.

 

Additional responsibilities for Senior Security Officers and Security Supervisors include:

 

– Supervising security teams.

– Conducting shift briefings.

– Managing daily manpower deployment.

– Monitoring officer performance.

– Preparing operational reports.

– Ensuring compliance with company procedures.

– Supporting site management.

– Coaching and mentoring junior officers.

– Coordinating emergency response activities.

– Maintaining communication with clients and operations management.

Candidate Requirements

 

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

 

– Singapore Citizen.

– Minimum education level of Secondary 2.

– Valid Singapore Security Officer License, or willingness to obtain one through company-sponsored training.

– Able to communicate effectively.

– Physically fit and medically capable of performing security duties.

– Responsible, trustworthy, and professional.

– Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

– Able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

– Comfortable working rotating shifts where required.

– Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

– Positive working attitude.

– Good attendance record.

– Prior security experience is an advantage for Senior Security Officer and Security Supervisor positions but is not mandatory for entry-level Security Officer positions.
