Working Schedule
- Minimum commitment of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend every week.

About the Role
We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our operations team as Part-Time Health Screeners. This role is suitable for applicants who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the smooth daily operation of screening activities.
As a Health Screener, you will be one of the first points of contact for visitors entering the premises. You will be responsible for assisting with visitor registration, conducting health screening support, ensuring screening equipment is functioning properly, providing directions to visitors, and maintaining an organized screening environment.
No matter your previous experience, you will receive guidance and training to ensure you understand the required procedures and operational standards before commencing your duties.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform health screening support according to company procedures.
- Assist visitors throughout the screening process in a professional manner.
- Register visitors accurately using the registration system.
- Verify visitor details whenever necessary.
- Ensure all registration information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality of visitor information.
- Monitor visitor movement to ensure an orderly screening process.
- Ensure smooth crowd flow during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
- Answer basic enquiries politely and professionally.
- Direct visitors to the correct departments or designated locations.
- Ensure visitors follow the required screening procedures.
- Conduct routine checks on thermometers and screening devices before, during, and after every shift.
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Replace equipment when necessary according to operational procedures.
- Ensure sufficient screening supplies are available throughout the shift.
- Keep the screening station neat, clean, and organized at all times.
- Follow workplace hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout working hours.
- Cooperate closely with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Attend team briefings before the start of each shift when required.
- Follow all company policies, workplace regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Assist with crowd management whenever visitor traffic increases.
- Escalate unusual situations or incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Record operational issues accurately whenever required.
- Support different screening locations if deployment changes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to visitor registration.
- Ensure all operational records are completed correctly.
- Maintain a calm and professional attitude under pressure.
- Carry out any additional operational duties assigned by the reporting officer or management team.
Requirements
