Key Responsibilities

As a Dessert Shop Outlet Crew, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend desserts and beverages based on customers’ preferences.
• Prepare and serve desserts according to company standards.
• Prepare beverages and other menu items when required.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality standards.
• Operate the cashier and process customer payments accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times.
• Clean tables, counters, display shelves, and customer seating areas.
• Wash utensils, equipment, and serving tools when required.
• Refill ingredients, packaging materials, and daily supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and politely.
• Resolve minor customer concerns with a positive attitude.
• Support other operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
