Position Details

Position: Warehouse Assistant (Freelancer – Contract for Services)

Location: Alps Avenue (Near Changi Cargo), Singapore

Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance

Salary

Hourly Rate:

• $12/hour (Monday to Sunday)
• $15/hour (Applicable for work completed on Sunday together with one weekday shift)

Salary is paid through bank transfer on the next working day, allowing you to receive your earnings quickly without waiting for the end of the month.

Working Schedule

Working days are flexible from Monday to Sunday.

Available shift timings include:

Monday

• 4:15 AM – 6:15 AM

Tuesday – Thursday

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Friday

• 6:15 AM – 8:15 AM

Saturday

• 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Sunday

• 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Please note that actual starting and ending times may vary by approximately 5 to 30 minutes depending on operational requirements and daily workload.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods through the warehouse. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading parcels, cartons, and cargo safely
• Sorting packages according to designated routes or storage locations
• Scanning parcels using handheld scanning devices
• Moving goods within the warehouse
• Assisting with packing and repacking of shipments when required
• Organising warehouse inventory and keeping work areas tidy
• Following warehouse procedures and operational guidelines
• Supporting supervisors with other warehouse-related duties when assigned
• Working closely with team members to ensure daily targets are achieved
• Maintaining workplace safety and handling goods carefully to prevent damage

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not compulsory. Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

Required Attire

For safety reasons, all workers must report to work wearing:

• Long pants
• T-shirt
• Safety vest
• Safety shoes

Applicants who do not meet the required dress code may not be allowed to commence work.

Employment Arrangement

This position is offered under a Freelancer (Contract for Services) arrangement. Successful applicants will be engaged on a freelance basis and assigned shifts according to operational requirements.
