HEALTHCARE BASIC CARE ASSISTANT

Location: Upper Thomson MRT / Bishan
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500/month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 5 Days/Week

JOB OVERVIEW

A healthcare and eldercare opportunity is available for a Healthcare Basic Care Assistant to support elderly residents in their daily activities and care needs.

The role involves assisting with personal care, supporting nurses and healthcare staff, accompanying residents to medical appointments, and providing companionship while maintaining their comfort, safety and dignity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist elderly residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Support bathing, dressing, toileting and other basic care needs.
• Assist nurses and healthcare staff with resident care.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments when required.
• Support resident activities and engagement programmes.
• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable care environment.
• Work closely with the healthcare team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid BCLS certification required.
• Genuine interest in elderly care.
• Patient, responsible and caring attitude.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Singaporeans only.
