WE ARE HIRING – COOK / ASSISTANT COOK

Salary: Up to SGD $3,300/month (Based on working hours, relevant experience, and operational requirements)
Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and motivated Cook / Assistant Cook to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried rice, meat cutlets, and other menu items according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure all food is prepared with consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in food preparation before daily operations, including ingredient preparation and stocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking stations, food preparation areas, and equipment at all times.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Work efficiently during peak meal periods while maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Assist with inventory management and report stock shortages when necessary.
- Support daily kitchen operations and cooperate closely with other kitchen team members.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant cooking experience in restaurants, food stalls, or similar F&B establishments.
- Experience in Chinese cuisine is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
- Able to work in a Non-Halal Chinese food stall environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen with high customer volume.
- Able to prepare food efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
- Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational demands.
- Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an advantage.
