Salary: Gross up to $2,700/month (Basic Salary + Shift Allowances + Other Applicable Allowances)
Working Schedule
This position operates on a rotating shift basis to support continuous warehouse and logistics operations.
Morning Shift
- 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Afternoon Shift
- 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM
Company transport is provided for eligible employees to ensure convenient travel to and from the workplace.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper / Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the complete warehouse operation, from receiving incoming shipments to inventory management, material handling, internal distribution, documentation, and warehouse organization.
You will work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, engineers, technicians, planners, and other operational departments to ensure all materials are available whenever required.
The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy is critical.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receiving and Inspection
- Receive incoming aircraft engines, engine components, spare parts, tools, materials, chemicals, and operational supplies.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and receiving documents.
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, visible damage, or discrepancies.
- Report shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all received items are properly documented before being accepted into inventory.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Update stock movements promptly after every receiving, issuing, transfer, or return transaction.
- Monitor stock availability and report low inventory levels.
- Perform regular stock counting, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist during scheduled inventory audits.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy at all times.
Warehouse Operations
- Organize warehouse storage locations efficiently.
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and easily identifiable.
- Store aircraft components according to company procedures and manufacturer requirements.
- Arrange inventory systematically to maximize storage space and improve accessibility.
- Prepare materials for internal distribution to engineering departments.
- Pack and unpack materials safely and efficiently.
- Support daily warehouse housekeeping activities.
Material Handling
- Move aircraft engines, engine stands, tools, equipment, pallets, and warehouse materials safely.
- Transfer inventory between internal departments and external warehouse locations.
- Follow approved handling procedures for sensitive aerospace components.
- Use warehouse equipment according to company authorization and safety guidelines.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Tool Management
- Issue maintenance tools to engineering teams.
- Record all tool issuance and return transactions accurately.
- Ensure returned tools are complete, clean, and stored correctly.
- Report missing or damaged tools immediately.
- Maintain proper tool accountability and tracking.
Chemical Inventory
- Monitor chemical cabinet inventory.
- Store chemicals according to workplace safety regulations.
- Ensure chemical labels remain accurate and visible.
- Track chemical usage and replenish stock when required.
- Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Prepare receiving reports, transfer records, inventory logs, and dispatch documents.
- Record inventory transactions promptly.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company quality standards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required records.
Warehouse Safety
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in workplace safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and material handling procedures.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators.
- Support engineers and technicians by ensuring timely material availability.
- Coordinate with various departments to prioritize urgent operational requirements.
- Assist team members whenever additional operational support is required.
- Contribute to maintaining a productive, efficient, and collaborative working environment.
