Location: Near Tampines MRT, Singapore
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: Up to $2,280 per month (Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus)

Position Overview
The Surgical Mask Packer plays an important role in ensuring every product leaving our production facility meets strict quality and hygiene requirements.
Employees are responsible for inspecting, sorting, counting, packing, labeling, and preparing surgical masks for shipment while following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
The position requires attention to detail, consistency, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining high production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Inspect surgical masks for defects, contamination, stains, damage, or irregularities.
- Ensure only products meeting company quality standards proceed for packing.
- Separate defective products and report findings to supervisors.
- Count masks accurately before packaging.
- Pack products according to production specifications and customer requirements.
- Seal packaging securely using approved procedures.
- Attach labels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product identification correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and surrounding production areas.
- Follow all cleanroom hygiene requirements throughout each shift.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times.
- Complete production records, inspection reports, and daily checklists accurately.
- Operate basic packing equipment after receiving training.
- Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Report equipment issues, damaged materials, or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors and production leaders.
- Assist with other production-related duties when required.

- Minimum Secondary School (O-Level) qualification or equivalent.
- No previous working experience is required.

Working Environment
Employees work in a temperature-controlled cleanroom facility designed for healthcare product manufacturing.
Strict hygiene procedures must be followed throughout the working day. Staff members are required to wear cleanroom garments including:
- Face mask
- Gloves
- Hairnet
- Protective gown
- Safety shoes (where applicable)
Eating, drinking, smoking, and bringing personal items into designated cleanroom production areas are prohibited in accordance with company policies.
Regular cleaning and sanitation procedures are conducted to ensure the highest manufacturing standards are maintained.
