Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• Technician
• Warehouse Assistant
• Operator
• QA Inspector
Successful candidates will be assigned to departments based on operational requirements, experience, qualifications, and manpower availability.
Job Responsibilities
Technician
Technicians are responsible for supporting production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities may include routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, replacing faulty components, reporting technical problems, and ensuring that machines operate safely and efficiently.
Warehouse Assistant
Warehouse Assistants are responsible for receiving, checking, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Additional duties may include inventory control, stock counting, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movements.
Operator
Operators are responsible for supporting daily production activities, operating machinery according to standard operating procedures, monitoring production processes, assembling products, packing finished goods, conducting basic quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness within the production area.
QA Inspector
QA Inspectors are responsible for inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards. Responsibilities include visual inspections, measurement checks, documentation, reporting defects, and assisting production teams in maintaining product quality.
Actual job responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned department and operational requirements.
Salary and Compensation Package
Employees will receive a competitive salary package based on the position offered, shift schedule, working experience, and overtime hours.
Gross Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 2,800++ per month
Additional Compensation:
• Fixed Monthly Allowance: SGD 250
• Overtime Pay in accordance with company policy
• Shift Allowances (where applicable)
• Weekend or Public Holiday Pay (subject to operational requirements)
• Stable monthly salary payment
• Opportunities to increase monthly earnings through overtime work
The final salary package will depend on the position assigned, attendance, performance, operational requirements, and applicable company policies.
Working Schedule
Employees may be assigned to one of the following work schedules depending on department requirements.
Option 1
12-Hour Shift
Day Shift or Night Shift
Work 2 Days
Off 2 Days
This rotating schedule provides employees with a balanced work-rest arrangement while supporting continuous operational requirements.
Option 2
8-Hour Shift
Monday to Friday
Regular Office Hours
Weekends Off (subject to operational requirements)
Shift allocation will be confirmed during the recruitment process and may vary according to departmental manpower planning.
Training Program
Candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply.
