Production Operator / Packer

Position Available
Production Operator / Packer
Successful candidates will work within the production and packaging departments, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are conducted efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
Salary and Compensation Package
The company offers an attractive salary structure designed to reward employee commitment, attendance, and performance.
Basic Monthly Salary
SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,600 per month
Actual salary may vary depending on:
- Assigned work shifts
- Individual performance
- Attendance records
- Production requirements
- Overtime availability
- Department placement
Additional Allowances and Benefits
Employees may receive multiple allowances and incentive payments in addition to their basic salary.
Accommodation Allowance
- SGD 250 per month
Full Attendance Incentive
- SGD 300 per month
Daily Meal Allowance
- SGD 10 for each working day
Daily Transportation Allowance
- SGD 5 for each working day
Day Shift Incentive
- SGD 15 per working day
Evening/Night Shift Incentive
- SGD 25 per working day
Special Night Shift Completion Bonus
- SGD 500 per month for employees who successfully complete a full month of scheduled evening or night shift duties
These allowances and incentives substantially increase employees’ overall monthly earnings and reward consistent attendance and work performance.
Working Schedule
The company provides a structured work schedule designed to support employee well-being and work-life balance.
Working Days
- Four (4) working days per week
Rest Days
- Multiple scheduled rest days each week
Available Shift Assignments
Day Shift
- Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Evening/Night Shift
- Working hours: 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
Shift assignments are determined based on operational requirements and production schedules. Employees assigned to evening or night shifts will receive additional compensation and incentives.
Overtime opportunities may be available depending on production demand and business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Employees will perform a variety of production and packaging duties within the chocolate milk manufacturing facility.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of chocolate milk products
- Monitoring production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Preparing raw materials and packaging materials according to production requirements
- Performing product packing, sorting, labeling, sealing, and palletizing activities
- Conducting routine inspections and basic quality control checks
- Ensuring all products meet company quality standards and food safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within production areas
- Following workplace hygiene procedures and food handling regulations
- Recording production information and reporting operational issues when required
- Assisting supervisors and team leaders during production activities
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Complying with all company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
Candidate Requirements

- No previous work experience is required
- Full training will be provided by the company

No prior manufacturing experience is necessary.
