Location: Bukit Merah / Redhill (Near Redhill MRT)

Salary

Basic Salary:
SGD $11.00 per hour

Overtime Rate:
SGD $16.50 per hour

Employees who are eligible for overtime may increase their overall monthly earnings depending on operational requirements.

Monday to Friday

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift Type:
Fixed Day Shift

Weekend:
Generally Off

Meal and rest breaks will be provided according to company policy.

About the Role

We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Supplement Packing Assistants.

This role is suitable for candidates with or without previous experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided before work begins.

You will be working in a clean, organized, air-conditioned environment where accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are highly valued. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that health supplements are packed correctly, safely, and according to company quality standards before being distributed to customers locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of warehouse and packing duties, including but not limited to:

• Picking supplement products according to daily order lists.

• Verifying product names, quantities, expiry dates, and batch numbers before packing.

• Packing customer orders carefully while following company procedures and quality standards.

• Assembling customized daily pill packs accurately according to production instructions.

• Repacking supplement products to comply with international packaging and export requirements.

• Performing quality inspections to ensure products are correctly packed, sealed, labelled, and ready for shipment.

• Preparing completed orders for delivery and dispatch.

• Checking that all required items are included before orders leave the warehouse.

• Reporting damaged, expired, missing, or incorrect products to supervisors.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.

• Following all workplace hygiene, food safety, and warehouse safety procedures.

• Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement when required.

• Assisting with receiving incoming products and arranging inventory.

• Labelling cartons and preparing shipping documentation where necessary.

• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure daily production targets are achieved.

• Carrying out any other warehouse or packing-related duties assigned by supervisors.
