We are currently looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our warehouse operations team as IT Equipment Handlers based in Changi South, Singapore.

As an IT Equipment Handler, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring IT products are handled, packed, sorted, and prepared accurately for delivery. You will work alongside experienced supervisors and team members in a clean, organized, and air-conditioned warehouse environment while following standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Position Details

Job Title: IT Equipment Handler

Location: Changi South, Singapore

– Approximately 3 months

Salary

Basic Salary:

– $12/hour

Overtime Salary:

– $24/hour

Additional overtime opportunities may be available depending on workload and operational requirements.

Working Schedule

Applicants may choose ONE of the following shifts.

Day Shift
Monday to Friday

8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

OR

Night Shift
Monday to Friday

4:00 PM – 1:45 AM

Company transport will be provided after work for employees working the night shift.

Weekends are generally off unless additional overtime work is offered.

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting various warehouse operations involving IT equipment and electronic products.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Picking products according to customer orders
– Packing products securely using company packing standards
– Loading and unloading cartons and equipment
– Receiving incoming deliveries
– Checking products against delivery documents
– Sorting products according to destination
– Labelling cartons and inventory accurately
– Scanning items using barcode scanners
– Performing quantity and quality checks
– Reporting damaged or missing items to supervisors
– Assisting with inventory movement within the warehouse
– Organising products neatly within storage locations
– Preparing orders for shipment
– Ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage
– Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
– Following workplace safety regulations and operational procedures
– Working closely with supervisors and fellow team members
– Performing any additional warehouse duties assigned by supervisors

Training

No previous experience is required.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure all employees understand warehouse procedures, product handling methods, safety regulations, and daily operational processes before working independently.

Experienced supervisors will be available to provide guidance throughout the training period.
