Salary Package

 

Successful candidates will receive competitive hourly wages with stable working hours throughout the contract period.

 

Day Shift

 

$11.00/hour

 

 

Night Shift

 

$12.50 /hour

 

 

Employees who successfully complete the full one-year contract may also receive a Completion Bonus, subject to company terms and conditions.

Work Schedule

 

Employees will work according to a fixed rotating schedule that provides a healthy balance between work and personal time.

Work Four Days

 

Off Three Days

Day Shift

 

7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

 

Night Shift

 

7:30 PM to 7:30 AM

 

Employees will receive scheduled meal breaks and rest periods during every shift according to company policy.

 

Overtime opportunities may become available depending on production requirements and business needs.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the final production process before products are delivered to customers. Every task requires careful attention to detail because the products manufactured are medical devices that must meet strict quality and safety standards.

 

Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 

Packaging finished contact lens products according to company procedures.

 

Performing visual inspection of products before packaging.

 

Checking products for scratches, defects, contamination, or abnormalities.

 

Ensuring all packaged products meet company quality standards.

 

Operating packaging machines following standard operating procedures.

 

Preparing packaging materials before production begins.

 

Labelling products accurately.

 

Sealing packaged products securely.

 

Organizing completed products for shipment.

 

Recording production data accurately.

 

Completing production documentation when required.

 

Reporting damaged products immediately.

 

Reporting equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

 

Maintaining cleanliness of production equipment.

 

Keeping the work area clean and organized at all times.

 

Following workplace hygiene procedures.

 

Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

 

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

 

Following workplace safety policies.

 

Wearing required personal protective equipment.

 

Assisting team members during busy production periods.

 

Meeting daily production targets while maintaining excellent quality.

 

Handling packaging materials carefully to prevent damage.

 

Performing routine housekeeping duties within the production area.

 

Supporting inventory checks when assigned.

 

Assisting with stock preparation.

 

Participating in quality improvement activities.

 

Participating in workplace safety meetings.

 

Attending company training sessions.

 

Carrying out additional duties assigned by supervisors whenever necessary.
