About the Role
As part of our restaurant operations team, you will play an important role in delivering excellent dining experiences for customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. Successful candidates will work closely with supervisors, managers, chefs, and fellow team members to maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure all employees are familiar with company procedures, food safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Service Crew (Front of House) Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly upon arrival
- Escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and answer customer enquiries
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Input customer orders into the POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Serve food and beverages professionally
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle customer requests politely and efficiently
- Clear and reset dining tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Replenish condiments, utensils, and service stations
- Follow company service standards at all times
- Support daily restaurant operations whenever required
Kitchen Helper (Back of House) Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and company standards
- Wash, cut, and organize vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
- Prepare sauces and basic food items
- Arrange ingredients for cooking
- Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and properly maintained
- Store ingredients according to food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations
- Dispose of waste according to hygiene procedures
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization
- Follow all food hygiene and workplace safety regulations
- Support kitchen operations during peak meal periods
Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines
- Sort and organize cleaned kitchen equipment
- Ensure all utensils are sanitized properly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations
- Remove waste and dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Support kitchen staff whenever necessary
- Ensure sufficient clean utensils are always available during operating hours
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Support recruitment and staff training
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOPs
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Prepare daily operational reports when required
- Support achievement of outlet sales and service targets

Candidate Requirements
- Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory
