POSITION OVERVIEW
Packaging Staff play a critical role in the final stage of the manufacturing process. Employees assigned to this department are responsible for ensuring that milk coffee products are properly packaged, sealed, inspected, labeled, and prepared for storage and distribution.
The packaging department serves as one of the most important operational units within the factory because it directly affects product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As a Packaging Staff employee, you will work alongside experienced supervisors, technicians, and production operators who will provide guidance and support throughout your employment. SALARY AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- Transportation Allowance: SGD 5 per working day
Shift Incentives
- Morning Shift Allowance: SGD 15 per day
- Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25 per day
- Additional Full Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500 per month

WORKING HOURS AND SHIFT SYSTEM

Weekly Schedule
- Four working days per week
Shift Arrangements
Morning Shift
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Night Shift
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

The four-day work arrangement provides employees with additional personal time for family activities, rest, education, and personal development.
