DIGITAL BANKING AMBASSADOR
Location: Islandwide, Singapore (Work Near Home Available*)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | 6-Month Contract
Salary: From SGD $2,300–$2,400/month
Work Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Digital Banking Ambassadors. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in gaining valuable experience in the banking industry while working in a professional and supportive environment.
As a Digital Banking Ambassador, you will be stationed at bank branches across Singapore to assist customers with their banking needs and promote the use of digital banking services. You will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience by guiding customers through various self-service banking platforms, reducing waiting times, and ensuring smooth daily branch operations.
Whether you are a fresh graduate, someone looking for a career switch, or an individual with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or F&B, this role offers excellent exposure to one of Singapore’s leading industries. No prior banking experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided before deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers upon arrival at the branch.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional customer experience.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding banking services.
- Guide customers in using digital banking platforms such as mobile banking applications, internet banking, ATMs, cash deposit machines, cheque deposit machines, and self-service kiosks.
- Educate customers on the benefits and convenience of digital banking services.
- Encourage customers to adopt digital banking channels for faster and more efficient transactions.
- Assist customers who require guidance during self-service transactions.
- Manage customer queues and ensure customers are directed to the appropriate service counters.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support crowd management during peak operating hours.
- Observe branch service standards and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Assist with simple administrative and operational duties when required.
- Ensure service areas remain organized and presentable.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate branch personnel whenever necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or branch management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level, GCE O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior banking experience is necessary.
- Full training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Frontline Services, Sales, F&B, or Reception will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
