Job Responsibilities

As an AV Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of electric and autonomous vehicles. Your responsibilities will include ensuring vehicles remain operational, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting overall fleet efficiency.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate vehicle status records and operational logs

• Monitor vehicle availability and ensure operational readiness throughout the day

• Ensure electric vehicles are fully charged and prepared for deployment

• Perform routine operational inspections before and after vehicle deployment

• Report operational issues promptly and prepare detailed incident reports whenever required

• Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure daily operational targets are achieved

• Liaise with external vendors, maintenance partners, and service providers to ensure smooth operational support

• Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements

• Park, relocate, reposition, and move vehicles safely according to operational needs

• Support fleet deployment activities and vehicle allocation

• Verify vehicle documentation and ensure all operational records remain complete and accurate

• Perform accurate data entry for vehicle movement, operational activities, maintenance updates, and daily reports

• Monitor fleet performance and assist in identifying operational improvements

• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and workplace safety requirements

• Respond quickly to operational incidents and assist with recovery procedures when necessary

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues efficiently

• Maintain clear communication with different departments throughout daily operations

• Support inventory tracking for operational equipment whenever required

• Assist with administrative documentation related to fleet operations

• Ensure vehicles meet operational standards before deployment

• Carry out additional operational duties assigned by supervisors as business needs evolve

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License
