Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities include:

 

– Picking customer orders according to packing lists

– Packing products carefully and securely for delivery

– Loading and unloading cartons and warehouse inventory

– Handling various IT products with care

– Sorting products into designated storage locations

– Moving inventory using warehouse cages and trolleys

– Assisting with receiving and checking incoming shipments

– Verifying product quantities and item labels

– Preparing products for dispatch

– Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement

– Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization

– Following daily work schedules and supervisor instructions

– Reporting damaged or missing items when necessary

– Performing quality checks before shipment

– Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping duties

– Carrying out additional operational and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

– Working closely with team members to achieve daily productivity targets

– Following all company safety guidelines and operational procedures

 

Requirements:

 

– Minimum commitment of 2 months

– Able to work Monday to Friday

– Physically fit to perform warehouse duties

– Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the workday

– Responsible, punctual, and dependable

– Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

– Able to work independently as well as in a team

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

– Able to follow instructions and work efficiently

– No previous warehouse experience required

– Full training will be provided before work begins
