  • Five working days per week.

About the Role

As a Service Crew member, you will become one of the first people customers meet when they visit the bakery. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the business.

The position involves much more than simply serving customers. You will support various aspects of the bakery’s daily operations, including customer service, cashiering, product display, inventory replenishment, cleanliness, food safety, and online order coordination.

You will work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure the bakery operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and product quality.


Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting every customer warmly and professionally.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer’s visit.
  • Assisting customers with enquiries regarding bakery products, ingredients, promotions, and recommendations.
  • Processing payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Handling cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly.
  • Packing bakery products carefully to preserve freshness and presentation.
  • Preparing takeaway orders according to company standards.
  • Ensuring bakery products are displayed neatly, attractively, and consistently throughout the day.
  • Monitoring product displays and replenishing shelves whenever necessary.
  • Rotating products according to freshness and stock management procedures.
  • Assisting with stock receiving and inventory replenishment.
  • Supporting daily stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of display counters, workstations, service areas, storage areas, trays, equipment, utensils, and other operational spaces.
  • Washing trays, crockery, utensils, and bakery equipment according to hygiene standards.
  • Following all food hygiene regulations and food safety requirements.
  • Ensuring proper handling and storage of bakery products.
  • Preparing customer orders for collection and delivery.
  • Coordinating online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Applying toppings and completing product presentation according to company specifications.
  • Checking product quality before items are displayed for sale.
  • Reporting damaged or expired products to supervisors promptly.
  • Assisting with promotional displays and seasonal product launches.
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures.
  • Working cooperatively with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by supervisors or management whenever required.
