Monthly Salary: SGD 2,520–2,600

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the Central Kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and operational procedures before operating equipment or performing assigned duties
• Operate food production machinery and equipment according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) established by the company
• Prepare, process, package, and handle food products in accordance with company requirements and quality standards
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, ISO 22000 standards, and 5S workplace practices
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout all production processes
• Demonstrate strong commitment, responsibility, and accountability toward assigned tasks and daily operational objectives
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and senior team members to ensure smooth production operations
• Monitor production activities and provide regular updates to management regarding operational progress and any issues encountered
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including production records, daily operation checklists, inventory records, invoices, and related forms
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and proper handling of food materials and supplies
• Support daily logistics and operational activities as required by the company
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisors or management when necessary

Requirements:

• Possess knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of work performance
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations
