Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records within the company’s internal systems
  • Perform data entry while ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Cross-check and verify information against supporting documents
  • Organize, sort, and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Prepare administrative reports, forms, letters, and documentation
  • Ensure documents are properly filed and easily retrievable
  • Process paperwork according to company procedures
  • Update databases with new and revised information
  • Assist with document preparation for internal departments
  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Coordinate administrative support for daily operations
  • Assist with scheduling, document tracking, and record management
  • Monitor administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
