Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and current promotions to customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchasing process
  • Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service
  • Handle cashiering duties and process payments accurately when required
  • Assist customers with product exchanges, returns, and general enquiries in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organised, and replenished at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, labelling, and arranging incoming stock deliveries
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required
  • Support inventory counts and stock audits
  • Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth daily store operations
  • Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory
  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
