Positions Available

• Service Attendant – SGD $2,500 to $3,200/month
• F&B Captain – SGD $2,750 to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional dining experience from arrival until departure. • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high hospitality standards. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. • Serve food and beverages according to company service standards. • Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items. • Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally. • Prepare dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operating hours. • Set up tables and ensure proper presentation of dining equipment. • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond appropriately to feedback. • Handle payments and basic cashiering duties when required. • Follow all food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operational procedures. • Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service during peak hours. • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas at all times. • Assist with opening and closing duties. • Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals. • For F&B Captain positions, supervise service staff, coordinate shift operations, assign duties, ensure service quality, and support training of junior team members.

Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality and customer service. • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. • Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance. • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn. • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred for F&B Captain positions. • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply for Service Attendant roles as full training will be provided. • Candidates with customer service, retail, hotel, restaurant, or related experience are welcome to apply.
