CENTRAL KITCHEN OPERATOR – FOOD PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS
Full-Time & Part-Time | Salary Up to SGD $2,600/Month

As a Central Kitchen Operator, you will play an important role in supporting daily food production and logistics operations. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure products are prepared efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the Central Kitchen at all times.
  • Ensure all workstations, production areas, utensils, machinery, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
  • Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and workplace safety procedures during daily operations.
  • Perform safety checks before operating machinery and production equipment.
  • Operate food production machines according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare, process, assemble, and package food products accurately while maintaining product consistency and quality.
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards before moving to the next production stage.
  • Follow Food Safety Management System requirements, including ISO 22000 and 5S standards.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and report any production issues immediately to supervisors.
  • Record production information accurately, including production reports, operation checklists, inventory forms, temperature logs, invoices, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and handling raw materials according to food safety requirements.
  • Support packing, labeling, sorting, storage, and logistics preparation for finished products.
  • Handle ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods carefully to minimize waste and maintain quality standards.
  • Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily production schedules and operational targets.
  • Follow instructions from senior staff and management to ensure daily operations are completed efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace efficiency.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the production facility and ensure compliance with workplace safety policies.
  • Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or food quality concerns promptly.
  • Support inventory control and stock management whenever required.
  • Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors or management based on business requirements.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of food safety, food hygiene, or food production is an advantage.
  • Experience in Central Kitchen, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, or F&B operations is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Responsible, reliable, disciplined, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Physically fit to perform production-related duties.
  • Able to follow company policies, operational procedures, and food safety regulations.
