Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,500 per month
Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, job responsibilities, and overall performance during the recruitment process.
Job Description
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service while supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Recommend menu items based on customers’ preferences and dietary needs.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards.
- Ensure every order is complete and meets customer expectations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and payment processing.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints while providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with customers throughout their dining experience.
- Keep dining tables, service stations, and the restaurant area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with restaurant opening preparations before business hours.
- Perform closing duties after daily operations have ended.
- Monitor and replenish front-of-house supplies, including tissues, sauces, takeaway containers, cutlery, straws, and other essential items.
- Support other operational duties assigned by supervisors when required.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

- Willing to work a 6-day work week.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays when required by operational needs.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
