Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing customers with an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your duties include:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, pastries, desserts, and other food items according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet operational requirements.
• Recommend menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings while actively upselling products.
• Operate POS systems, NETS terminals, credit card machines, and other payment devices.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cashiering responsibilities.
• Assist with online food delivery platforms and prepare takeaway or delivery orders.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Monitor food quality and report any operational issues to supervisors.
• Replenish ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and display products throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, crockery, and dining areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation, stock replenishment, and end-of-day cleaning.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Comply with all Singapore food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Wear the required protective equipment whenever handling food products.
• Practice safe work procedures to provide a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates to maintain efficient outlet operations.
• Support other operational duties assigned by management whenever required.

Job Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred but not compulsory.
• Experience in cafés, pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, or hospitality establishments will be an added advantage.
