Our dessert stalls are well known for serving traditional local desserts that customers enjoy every day. We are currently expanding our team at our Punggol and Whampoa outlets and are seeking individuals who are passionate about food preparation, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

Position Available
Dessert Hawker Stall Cook
As a Dessert Hawker Stall Cook, you will play an important role in preparing fresh, high-quality desserts for our customers each day. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dessert is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional local desserts such as Green Bean Soup, Red Bean Soup, Pulut Hitam, Cheng Tng, Peanut Soup, Sweet Potato Soup, and other seasonal desserts.
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients before daily operations begin.
- Wash, cut, measure, and organize ingredients for cooking.
- Monitor cooking times and maintain food quality throughout the day.
- Ensure sufficient stock is available for daily business operations.
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Receive and organize incoming supplies.
- Store ingredients properly according to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all company SOPs and food hygiene regulations.
- Minimize food wastage through proper preparation and storage.
- Support other kitchen duties whenever required.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Training will be provided for all recipes and preparation methods.
Position Available
Dessert Hawker Stall Assistant
As a Stall Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide friendly customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations at the dessert stall.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve desserts according to company standards.
- Pack takeaway orders carefully.
- Handle cashiering duties and payment transactions.
- Operate the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving counter and customer area.
- Refill ingredients and serving items when necessary.
- Assist with simple food preparation.
- Monitor product availability during operating hours.
- Inform customers about available dessert selections.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain excellent food presentation at all times.
- Ensure all serving utensils and equipment remain clean.
- Support the cook and other team members whenever required.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
- Previous experience in hawker stalls, food preparation, or F&B operations is preferred but not compulsory.
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Passion for food preparation and customer service.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Honest and hardworking.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long hours during operations.
