Successful applicants can enjoy a competitive remuneration package that includes:

  • Basic Salary: SGD 1,850 – SGD 2,800 per month (depending on qualifications and working experience)
  • Applicants with a Local Diploma will receive a minimum basic salary of SGD 2,650
  • Average Shift Allowance of approximately SGD 250 per month
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS / 13th Month Bonus)
  • Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus, subject to company and individual performance
  • SGD 5,000 Sign-On Bonus payable during the first year of employment
  • Overtime pay whenever operational requirements demand additional working hours
  • Company transport provided when public transportation is unavailable after late shifts

Working Schedule

  • Any 5–6 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays when rostered
  • 8–10 working hours per shift
  • Rotating 24-hour shift schedule
  • Overtime may be required depending on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth handling and movement of cargo shipments through the airport. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily cargo operations efficiently
  • Preparing and processing cargo documentation accurately
  • Communicating with airlines, freight forwarders, customers, and third-party agents
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing cargo shipments
  • Ensuring all cargo is handled safely and remains in good condition
  • Verifying shipment details and maintaining accurate operational records
  • Following airport safety procedures and company operational standards
  • Assisting with resolving shipment issues and operational enquiries
  • Supporting team members to ensure timely cargo processing
  • Performing additional operational duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Singapore Citizens only
  • Minimum GCE N-Level with at least 3 credit passes
  • No previous experience required as training will be provided
  • Able to work rotating shifts
  • Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to learn and committed to providing quality service
