Basic Salary

– SGD $2,800–$2,900 per month

Gross Monthly Salary

– Approximately SGD $2,800–$3,000 or more, depending on overtime and allowances

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring products are produced according to quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Perform product assembly according to work instructions and production procedures.
– Operate production equipment safely after completing the required training.
– Carry out basic quality inspections on products during and after production.
– Identify and report any product defects or production issues to supervisors.
– Pick, pack, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment.
– Ensure products meet company quality standards before packing.
– Load and unload production materials and finished goods.
– Handle materials safely while following proper manual handling procedures.
– Support production targets by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
– Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
– Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
– Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
– Assist supervisors with other production-related duties whenever required.
– Work closely with team members to maintain smooth production operations.
– Maintain accurate production records where required.
