Employment Type Full-Time / One-Year Renewable Contract
Working Schedule Monday to Friday
Work Week Five-Day Work Week
Monthly Salary SGD $2,500 – $3,600

Available Working Shifts
Applicants may choose their preferred working shift based on operational availability.
Day Shift 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Second Shift 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $20 per shift
Third Shift 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $40 per shift
Shift assignments are subject to operational requirements and manpower availability.
Job Overview
The Manufacturing Technician plays an essential role in supporting daily production activities and ensuring that all manufacturing processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, conducting testing procedures, supporting production equipment, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring that production targets are achieved while complying with all operational procedures and safety regulations.
The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to perform, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Carry out product assembly according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Assemble mechanical and electronic components accurately while maintaining required quality standards.
Handle production materials and components throughout the complete manufacturing process.
Perform functional testing and product verification to ensure all products meet required specifications.
Support machine assembly activities and assist engineers during production operations.
Operate production equipment according to approved operating procedures.
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, abnormalities, or quality issues during production.
Report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
Maintain accurate production records and complete all required documentation.
Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures at all times.
Comply with cleanroom protocols, including wearing the required protective clothing throughout the work shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production equipment.
Handle tools, instruments, and manufacturing equipment responsibly.
Assist with equipment setup and preparation before production begins.
Support preventive maintenance activities whenever required.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, technicians, quality inspectors, and other production personnel.
Meet daily production schedules while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive team environment.
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors whenever necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Engineering-related educational background is preferred.
Minimum qualification:
O-Level
A-Level
NITEC
Higher NITEC
Diploma
Higher educational qualifications are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Production, Assembly, or Engineering environments is considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to submit their applications.
Candidates should be willing to perform hands-on technical work.
Able to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full protective attire.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods when required.
