Monthly Allowances

Gross Monthly Income

Work Schedule

Employees will work on a 4/3/3/4 rotating schedule, providing more rest days compared to a standard five-day workweek.

The schedule follows this pattern:

Work for four consecutive days
Off for three consecutive days
Work for three consecutive days
Off for four consecutive days

This rotation repeats continuously and allows employees to maintain a better balance between work, family, and personal commitments.

Working Hours

Two fixed shifts are available.

Day Shift

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Night Shift

7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Employees will be assigned to a fixed shift based on operational requirements. Fixed shifts provide consistency, making it easier to plan daily routines and personal schedules.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the warehouse team by ensuring daily operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Picking products according to customer orders.
Packing products carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
Labelling products accurately before dispatch.
Organizing inventory in designated storage locations.
Receiving incoming shipments from suppliers.
Inspecting goods for quantity and quality upon arrival.
Recording inventory information when required.
Assisting with container unloading and cargo handling.
Performing regular inventory checks and stock counting.
Conducting weekly cycle counts.
Assisting with annual stock-taking activities.
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Ensuring work areas remain safe and free from hazards.
Identifying and segregating damaged or defective products.
Reporting inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
Following all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Using warehouse equipment responsibly and safely.
Supporting team members whenever necessary.
Completing assigned tasks within daily productivity targets.
Performing any additional duties assigned by supervisors from time to time.
