We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Production Assistants. Successful candidates will be deployed to production facilities located at JTC MedTech Hub (Tukang Area) and International Business Park. Applicants must be willing and able to work at both locations according to operational requirements.

This role offers a structured shift schedule, a clean and air-conditioned workplace, and the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills while working with an experienced operations team.

Working Schedule

Employees will work on a rotating 4 / 3 / 4 / 3 shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule throughout the month.

Working Days:

• Sunday to Tuesday
• Thursday to Saturday
• Alternate Wednesdays Off

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 7:55 PM
• Night Shift: 7:45 PM – 7:55 AM

Applicants must be comfortable working fixed 12-hour shifts.

Night shift employees will receive an additional SGD $20 Night Shift Allowance for every eligible night worked.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support daily production activities according to operational requirements
• Perform packing and sorting of finished products
• Handle products carefully to maintain quality standards
• Load and unload materials weighing up to 10kg
• Perform simple data entry and production record updates
• Assist with labelling, counting and organizing products
• Prepare products for storage or shipment
• Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with workplace safety procedures
• Report any equipment issues or production abnormalities to supervisors promptly
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Support other operational duties assigned by supervisors when required

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Able to commit to a rotating shift schedule
• Comfortable working fixed 12-hour shifts
• Willing to work at both JTC MedTech Hub and International Business Park
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 10kg
• Able to perform basic computer or data entry tasks
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Positive working attitude with good teamwork skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements
• Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience is an advantage but not compulsory
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience
