Location: West Region (Tuas), Singapore

Salary: SGD $2,800–$3,000/Month (Gross Salary Up to SGD $3,500++ with Shift Allowance and Overtime)
Work Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift / Normal Shift Available
Work Pattern: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and manufacturing equipment according to maintenance schedules.
• Carry out troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated production systems.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime through effective corrective actions.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, setup, calibration, and validation activities.
• Perform machine changeover and product conversion according to production requirements.
• Conduct testing and verification after maintenance or machine adjustments to ensure equipment is operating within required specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
• Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues before they develop into major equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, service logs, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company procedures, GMP requirements, ISO standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards by following 5S practices.
• Support audits, inspections, and preventive maintenance improvement programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management when required.

Requirements

• Experience in equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting, or technical support within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation systems.
• Candidates with relevant technical certifications or engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel for reporting, maintenance documentation, and data recording.
• Able to read technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts when required.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
