FULL-TIME MEDICAL OPERATOR

Salary: Up to SGD $1,800 per Month + Overtime + Shift Allowances

A reputable medical manufacturing company in Woodlands is currently expanding its operations and is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join its production team as Full-Time Medical Operators.

Working Hours
Morning Shift
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Noon Shift
Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $5 per working day
Night Shift
Monday to Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Additional Shift Allowance: SGD $10 per working day
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary of up to SGD $1,800

Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring that daily production activities are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform production operations according to daily work schedules.
- Operate manufacturing equipment by following standard operating procedures.
- Carry out assembly and production tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in machine setup and basic machine operation.
- Handle production materials carefully and efficiently.
- Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Identify and report defective products or abnormalities immediately.
- Pack finished products according to company specifications.
- Label products accurately before transferring them to the next production stage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area at all times.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company regulations.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing assigned duties.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and production tools.
- Support supervisors with daily production requirements.
- Assist team members whenever necessary to achieve production targets.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately where required.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring product quality.
- Follow all quality assurance procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives whenever required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements
