HIGH-END TEA RETAIL ASSISTANT (FAST HIRE | NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Location: Changi Airport (Terminal 1 / Jewel), Singapore
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Contract

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: SGD $12 per hour
- Overtime Pay: SGD $18 per hour
- Public Holiday Pay: SGD $24 per hour

Working Schedule
Employees will work according to a monthly roster prepared by the supervisor.
- Five working days per week
- Two rostered off days
- Weekend and Public Holiday work required according to operational needs
- Daily working hours of approximately 8 to 9 hours
- Meal and rest breaks provided
Typical shift timings include:
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shift timings may vary depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a High-End Tea Retail Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Introduce and recommend premium tea products based on customers’ preferences.
- Explain product features, ingredients, flavours, and gift selections.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products for personal use or gifting.
- Perform gift wrapping neatly and professionally.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are always well displayed.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor product availability and report low stock to supervisors.
- Assist in receiving and arranging incoming deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the retail store.
- Perform cashiering and payment transactions when required.
- Support inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a pleasant shopping experience.
Requirements
