Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD $12 per hour

Working Schedule

Employees will work according to a monthly roster prepared by the supervisor.

• Five working days per week
• Two rostered off days
• Weekend and Public Holiday work required according to operational needs
• Daily working hours of approximately 8 to 9 hours
• Meal and rest breaks provided

Typical shift timings include:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Shift timings may vary depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a High-End Tea Retail Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Introduce and recommend premium tea products based on customers’ preferences.
• Explain product features, ingredients, flavours, and gift selections.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products for personal use or gifting.
• Perform gift wrapping neatly and professionally.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are always well displayed.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor product availability and report low stock to supervisors.
• Assist in receiving and arranging incoming deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the retail store.
• Perform cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Support inventory counts and stock checks.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a pleasant shopping experience.
