Salary and Benefits

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary: SGD $14 per hour
  • Overtime Rate: SGD $21 per hour
  • Public Holiday Rate: SGD $28 per hour
  • Guaranteed 8 working hours every shift
  • Approximately 20 working days each month
  • Earn from SGD $112 per working day
  • Potential monthly earnings starting from SGD $2,240 before overtime
  • Additional earnings available through overtime opportunities when operational requirements increase

Employees who consistently demonstrate good attendance, punctuality, and work performance may be offered additional working opportunities whenever available.


Night Shift Opportunities

Night Shift positions are currently available.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible starting time between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
  • Finish between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
  • Guaranteed 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends generally not required unless additional shifts become available

The flexible start time allows employees to select suitable reporting times based on operational arrangements while maintaining a stable weekly schedule.


Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the warehouse and logistics facility. Your duties will involve handling products carefully, ensuring operational accuracy, and maintaining productivity standards.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy
  • Sort products according to company procedures
  • Scan products using handheld barcode scanners
  • Verify product labels and shipment information
  • Check item quantities against operational records
  • Perform simple Microsoft Excel data entry
  • Update inventory records accurately
  • Prepare products for outbound shipment
  • Organize products into designated storage locations
  • Separate products according to delivery requirements
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled before dispatch
  • Identify damaged or incorrect items
  • Report discrepancies to supervisors immediately
  • Assist with warehouse organization
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas
  • Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
  • Support supervisors in daily warehouse operations
  • Assist teammates during peak operational periods
  • Ensure operational targets are achieved
  • Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors when required
