Salary
– Basic Pay: $18/hour

Working Hours
Night Shift
– Flexible starting time between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM
– Flexible ending time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, you will support the daily warehouse and logistics operations by carrying out a variety of simple but important tasks, including:
– Inspect incoming and outgoing products.
– Sort parcels, cartons, and inventory according to company procedures.
– Scan barcodes using handheld scanning devices.
– Perform simple data entry using Microsoft Excel.
– Verify shipment details and update inventory records accurately.
– Check product labels, quantities, and documentation.
– Identify damaged or incorrect items and report them to supervisors.
– Prepare items for storage or dispatch.
– Maintain accurate records of processed items.
– Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
– Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
– Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workplace safety regulations.
– Work closely with supervisors and teammates to complete daily operational targets efficiently.
Requirements
– No previous working experience required.
– Full training will be provided before deployment.
– Able to commit for at least one month.
– Comfortable working night shifts.
– Responsible and punctual.
