Your work will play a vital role in ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and compliance with international aviation regulations.

– $2,000 – $2,500/month

Main Responsibilities

 

As an Aircraft Engine Inspector, your daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

 

– Inspect aircraft engine components, aircraft spare parts, accessories, and aviation materials.

– Perform detailed visual inspections to identify scratches, dents, cracks, corrosion, contamination, wear, or other physical damage.

– Verify all aircraft spares against accompanying documents received from OEMs, vendors, manufacturers, and approved suppliers.

– Ensure certificates, release notes, inspection reports, shipping documents, maintenance records, and traceability documents are complete and accurate.

– Confirm part numbers, serial numbers, batch numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before acceptance.

– Check that all received materials comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.

– Identify non-conforming products and immediately report discrepancies to supervisors.

– Separate rejected, damaged, or quarantined materials according to company procedures.

– Prepare detailed inspection records and maintain accurate documentation for quality assurance purposes.

– Update inspection information using company computer systems and databases.

– Support internal quality audits and external customer audits whenever required.

– Follow aviation regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

– Handle aircraft engine components carefully to prevent accidental damage.

– Ensure proper storage and handling practices are followed after inspection.

– Communicate inspection findings clearly with warehouse, engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance departments.

– Assist in investigating quality issues and recommending corrective actions.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection workstations.

– Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

– Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever necessary.

– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inspection quality and operational efficiency.

– Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management when operational needs arise.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

 

– Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is an advantage.

– Experience in aircraft maintenance, aircraft components, quality inspection, warehouse inspection, engineering support, or technical services is preferred.

– Knowledge of aircraft engine parts and aviation documentation is highly beneficial.

– Understanding of quality control principles and inspection procedures is an added advantage.

– Familiarity with OEM documentation and supplier certification is preferred.

– Fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered depending on experience and qualifications.

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect defects accurately.

– Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high-quality work standards.

– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Able to work effectively within a team environment.

– Good communication skills in a professional workplace.

– Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.

– Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
