PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR – TAI SENG

Salary & Benefits

 

– Basic Salary: $1,900 – $2,000/month

– Gross Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3,200/month (inclusive of overtime and additional benefits)

Working Hours

 

– Monday – Friday

– 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

– 5-Day Work Week

– Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays generally off unless overtime is required

– Overtime may be scheduled depending on production requirements and operational needs

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Production Technician / Operator, you will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring products are assembled according to strict quality standards. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

– Assemble wire harnesses, electrical cables, connectors, terminals, and mechanical components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

– Install, arrange, secure, and route cables accurately using approved assembly techniques.

– Perform crimping, fastening, tightening, cable preparation, and component installation with precision.

– Operate hand tools, power tools, assembly fixtures, testing equipment, and production machinery safely and efficiently.

– Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure finished products meet customer specifications.

– Perform troubleshooting, rework, repair, replacement, and adjustment of components whenever required.

– Read and follow production documents, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

– Ensure all assembled products meet company quality standards before submission for final inspection.

– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times following workplace housekeeping practices.

– Record production output, inspection results, completed quantities, and work progress accurately.

– Report defective materials, damaged tools, equipment malfunctions, and quality issues promptly to supervisors.

– Assist in preparing production materials and replenishing components whenever necessary.

– Support packing, labeling, sorting, and preparation of completed products for the next production stage or shipment.

– Work closely with production operators, technicians, engineers, quality inspectors, and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.

– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce defects, and enhance workplace safety.

– Follow all workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout daily operations.

– Carry out any additional production-related duties assigned by supervisors according to operational requirements.

 

 

Requirements

 

– No previous working experience required.

– Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
