As an Aerospace Logistics Assistant / Material Handler, you will play an important role in supporting daily aircraft maintenance and logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring aircraft materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are received, inspected, stored, tracked, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Your contribution will help ensure that aviation operations run safely, smoothly, and according to strict quality standards.

Working Schedule

Working Days:

  • 4 Days Work
  • 2 Days Off

Working Hours:

  • Rotating Morning Shift
  • Rotating Afternoon Shift

The work schedule follows a repeating shift pattern to support 24-hour aerospace logistics operations. Employees are expected to work according to the assigned shift roster. Overtime may be available depending on operational requirements and business needs.

Company transport is provided between the workplace and the nearest designated bus stop close to your residence, making daily commuting more convenient.

Job Responsibilities

As part of the Aerospace Logistics team, your daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Handle aircraft materials, spare parts, aviation equipment, and logistics supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and verify all quantities against delivery documents.
  • Inspect incoming materials for damages, defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Report damaged or missing items promptly according to company procedures.
  • Load and unload aircraft materials using proper handling techniques.
  • Perform picking and packing activities based on work orders and operational requirements.
  • Prepare materials for internal distribution to various departments.
  • Label, sort, organize, and store inventory according to company standards.
  • Ensure materials are stored under appropriate environmental and safety conditions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and logistics software.
  • Update inventory transactions promptly to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Perform stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Participate in scheduled inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock movement and assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Prepare shipping documents, inventory reports, and receiving documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors, procurement teams, maintenance personnel, and logistics coordinators.
  • Assist in arranging transportation and movement of aircraft components within the facility.
  • Ensure proper handling of high-value aerospace parts and sensitive equipment.
  • Follow aviation quality standards and company operating procedures at all times.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment according to company guidelines where authorized.
  • Support daily warehouse housekeeping activities.
  • Assist with special logistics projects when required.
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by supervisors.

Key Responsibilities in Inventory Management

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure stock accuracy through regular verification.
  • Record all inventory transactions promptly.
  • Monitor inventory movement and storage locations.
  • Ensure traceability of aircraft materials.
  • Support inventory audits and compliance checks.
  • Minimize inventory discrepancies through proper documentation.
  • Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and other inventory control procedures where applicable.

Quality & Safety Responsibilities

Safety and quality are essential within the aerospace industry. Employees are expected to:

  • Follow all workplace safety procedures.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Handle aircraft components carefully to prevent damage.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas.

  • No experience required (Training provided)
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace, supply chain, freight forwarding, or inventory management is an advantage.
