Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
Salary: $10.50 – $12.50 per hour
Contract Period: 6 Months Minimum / 1-Year Contract Available

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in the airport environment? This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in customer service, passenger assistance and airport operations.

Previous airport experience is not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates before they begin their duties.

WORKING COMMITMENT

Candidates can choose their preferred working shifts and days, subject to operational requirements.

Recommended minimum working commitment:

3 weekdays + 1 weekend per week

Candidates must be able to commit for at least 6 months.

A 1-year contract option is also available for candidates who are interested in a longer-term commitment. Please indicate CONTRACT when applying if you are interested in the 1-year contract position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Airport Passenger Services Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist passengers and support airport-related operations.

Your duties may include:

1. Assisting passengers at FAST kiosk machines and providing basic guidance when using the self-service facilities.
2. Assisting passengers at the bag drop area and helping them understand the check-in and baggage procedures.
3. Escorting passengers from the check-in area through security checks and passport control.
4. Guiding passengers to the appropriate lounge or designated airport area.
5. Assisting passengers during arrival and departure procedures.
6. Providing assistance at departure and arrival gates.
7. Escorting foreign crew members from the airport arrival area to their hotel.
8. Escorting foreign crew members from the hotel back to the airport departure area.
9. Providing general directions and assistance to passengers within the airport.
10. Handling other airport-related duties and miscellaneous assignments as required by the operations team.

AVAILABLE SHIFT TIMINGS

Morning Shift:
4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Day Shift:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Afternoon Shift:
2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Night Shift:
7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Night Shift:
8:00 PM – 3:00 AM

TRANSPORT REIMBURSEMENT

Transport reimbursement is claimable for eligible shifts that start before 7:00 AM or end after 11:00 PM.

TRAINING REQUIREMENT

Selected candidates are required to attend compulsory training before starting work.

Training duration:
5–7 days

Candidates must be able to commit to the full training schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

No previous airport or passenger service experience is required.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Good command of English
• Basic computer skills
• Able to communicate confidently with passengers
• Able to stand and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in a busy airport environment
• Able to work different shifts when required
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
• Willing to attend compulsory training

APPEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must maintain a professional and presentable appearance while working at the airport.

• No visible tattoos
• Hair must be black or dark in colour
• Neat and well-groomed appearance is required

IDEAL CANDIDATES

This position may be suitable for candidates who have an interest in customer service, hospitality, aviation, airport operations, retail or passenger-facing roles.

Fresh candidates without previous airport experience are welcome to apply, provided they meet the communication, appearance and working commitment requirements.

Candidates should be comfortable interacting with people from different countries and backgrounds and should be able to remain polite and professional when assisting passengers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a passenger-facing position. Successful candidates are expected to provide professional and friendly assistance to passengers and crew members.

The job may involve prolonged standing, walking around the airport and assisting passengers in different airport areas. Candidates should therefore be physically comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods.

Shift assignments may vary according to operational requirements. Candidates should carefully consider the available shift timings before applying.
