Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of aviation security duties, including but not limited to:

• Conduct security screening for transit passengers in accordance with airport security procedures.

• Screen cabin baggage, personal belongings, and permitted carry-on items using X-ray screening equipment and other approved security devices.

• Operate X-ray machines, walk-through metal detectors, handheld screening equipment, and other security technology with accuracy and professionalism.

• Perform manual inspections of baggage whenever additional security checks are required.

• Detect prohibited, restricted, or suspicious items and follow established reporting and escalation procedures.

• Provide clear instructions and assistance to passengers throughout the screening process while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.

• Ensure passengers comply with airport security requirements before proceeding to their boarding gates.

• Maintain continuous alertness and vigilance during every shift to support a safe and secure airport environment.

• Report unusual activities, operational concerns, or security incidents promptly to supervisors.

• Work closely with airport authorities, airline representatives, and fellow security officers to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling security-related matters.

• Follow all company policies, aviation security regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level or WPLN Level 4 with at least three passes.

• No previous working experience is required.

• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods during working hours.

• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts.
