Salary and Benefits

Employees will receive a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and commitment.

The package includes:

• Basic monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,000, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
• Total monthly earnings of up to SGD 3,500, including shift allowances and other work-related allowances.
• Day Shift Allowance of SGD 12 for each day worked.
• Night Shift Allowance of SGD 24 for each night shift worked.
• Additional Work Allowance of SGD 16 for every working day.

Training Program

During the first three months of employment, all newly hired Assembly Operators will participate in a structured training program.

The purpose of this training is to familiarize employees with the company’s manufacturing processes, quality standards, assembly techniques, safety procedures, and operational workflow.

Working hours during the training period are:

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Experienced supervisors and team leaders will provide guidance throughout the training period to ensure employees gain the knowledge and confidence required to perform their duties effectively.

Working Schedule After Training

Upon successful completion of the training period, employees will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Day Shift 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Night Shift 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Employees will be assigned to one permanent team:

Team A Monday to Thursday

Team B Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday

Team C Wednesday to Saturday

This schedule allows employees to work only four days each week while enjoying additional rest days that support a healthier work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operator, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s manufacturing operations and ensuring products are assembled according to strict quality standards.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, electronic modules, and various mechanical components according to work instructions.
• Install server racks, cabinets, and supporting hardware accurately and efficiently.
• Perform assembly tasks using manual tools and production equipment.
• Carry out unpacking, sorting, packing, labeling, and rack-building activities.
• Inspect components before and after assembly to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Identify and report defective materials or production issues to supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Handle production materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Work closely with supervisors and production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and maintaining product quality.
• Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors whenever required.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, electronics, assembly, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
