Work Schedule 4-Day Work Week

Monthly Salary SGD 2,800 – 3,500

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,000 per month
• Day Shift Allowance: SGD 12 per working day
• Night Shift Allowance: SGD 24 per working day
• Additional Allowance: SGD 16 per working day

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training Employees will move to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule consisting of both day and night shifts.

Day Shift

• 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Night Shift

• 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Fixed Working Teams

Applicants will be assigned to one of the following teams:

Team A

• Monday to Thursday

Team B

• Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday

Team C

• Wednesday to Saturday

This rotating schedule provides employees with more consecutive rest days while maintaining a balanced work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components according to work instructions.
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets.
• Perform production activities including unpacking materials, packing finished products, and rack building.
• Handle materials carefully while maintaining product quality standards.
• Follow all production procedures, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by supervisors when required.

Requirements

Candidates should:

• Be able to perform manual assembly work in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Be comfortable working rotating day and night shifts after completing the training period.
• Have experience in assembly, manufacturing, electronics, production, warehouse, or factory operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Be responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

Candidates without direct experience but who are willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
