Salary & Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary: Approximately SGD $2,800 (Before Overtime)
Salary Breakdown:
- Basic Salary: SGD $2,100 per month
- Monthly Allowance: SGD $535
- Shift Allowance: SGD $180 per month

Working Hours
Shift Pattern: 4334 Rotating Schedule
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Pattern:
- Sunday to Wednesday
- Wednesday to Saturday
The 4334 work schedule provides employees with a balanced work arrangement while maintaining continuous production operations.
Job Responsibilities
As an Assembly Operator, you will become part of the production team responsible for ensuring that products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and according to strict quality standards.
Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assemble products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Perform manual assembly of components with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Carry out simple quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Identify obvious product defects and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
- Handle production materials and finished goods safely.
- Perform heavy lifting when required during daily operations.
- Support packaging, labeling, and preparation of completed products.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Operate basic production equipment after receiving proper training.
- Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and fellow operators to maintain smooth production flow.
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Attend safety briefings, production meetings, and training sessions conducted by the company.
- Comply with company policies regarding quality assurance, workplace discipline, and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
