WE ARE HIRING – ASSEMBLY OPERATOR (HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park, Singapore

A well-established healthcare manufacturing company in Singapore is currently expanding its operations and is looking for committed, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as Assembly Operators.

Salary

  • Hourly Rate: $11–$12 per hour
  • Gross Salary: Up to $2,500 per month (depending on working hours, shift schedule, attendance, and overtime)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 6 Days per Week
  • Fixed Shift after completion of training

Available Shifts (Choose One)

Morning Shift

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Shift

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Mandatory Training

All successful candidates are required to attend 1–2 weeks of training on the Morning Shift before starting their selected permanent shift.

Job Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operator, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality healthcare products while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Perform simple assembly work according to work instructions.
  • Assemble lightweight plastic tubing and healthcare components.
  • Insert wires and small parts accurately.
  • Handle production materials carefully to prevent damage.
  • Carry out visual inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Remove defective items according to company procedures.
  • Pack completed products for the next stage of production.
  • Follow production schedules and daily work targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Wear the required protective attire while working in the clean room.
  • Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with production line support whenever required.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

As this is a clean room environment, employees must wear protective attire such as a smock, hairnet, face mask, and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout their shift.


Requirements

Applicants should possess the following:

  • Good eyesight.
  • No colour blindness (required for product identification).
  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment.
  • Comfortable wearing a smock, hairnet, face mask, and other required PPE.
  • Able to perform repetitive assembly work with attention to detail.
  • Responsible and punctual.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to commit to at least 2 months.
  • Previous production or assembly experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
