Job Responsibilities

Packing Helper

The Packing Helper is responsible for packing finished toothpaste products according to company standards. Duties include inspecting packaging materials, placing products into cartons, sealing boxes, attaching labels, arranging products on pallets, and ensuring every item is prepared for shipment. Packing Helpers also maintain cleanliness around their workstations and assist production staff whenever required.

General Helper

General Helpers provide support throughout the factory by assisting different departments with daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, moving supplies between departments, cleaning work areas, organizing production materials, and assisting supervisors with general factory activities to ensure smooth production processes.

Loading & Unloading Worker

Employees in this position are responsible for safely loading finished products onto delivery vehicles and unloading raw materials received from suppliers. Workers must ensure goods are handled carefully to avoid damage while following all warehouse safety procedures. They may also assist with inventory movement inside the warehouse.

Storekeeper

The Storekeeper manages warehouse inventory by receiving deliveries, checking stock quantities, organizing storage areas, updating inventory records, issuing materials to production departments, and preparing products for shipment. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are important for this role.

Machine Operator

Machine Operators are responsible for operating production equipment used in toothpaste manufacturing. Daily duties include setting up machinery, monitoring production performance, performing basic machine inspections, identifying operational issues, reporting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring production targets are achieved while following all safety procedures.

Quality Checker

Quality Checkers ensure that all products meet company quality standards before they are distributed. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, monitoring production quality, checking finished products for defects, recording inspection results, and reporting any quality concerns to supervisors. This role plays an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Cleaner

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout production areas, offices, warehouses, restrooms, and common facilities. Duties include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing workspaces, disposing of waste correctly, and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently maintained throughout the factory.

Working Hours

Working hours are scheduled according to company operational requirements. Employees generally work full-time shifts with scheduled meal breaks and weekly rest days. Overtime may be available depending on production demands and will be compensated according to company policy and applicable labour regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Physically fit and able to perform factory-related duties.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production is preferred but not mandatory for selected positions.
• Must comply with all workplace safety procedures and company regulations.
